Studio Spa operates an online marketplace that enables independent sellers (“Sellers”) to offer and sell products directly to customers. Unless otherwise stated, products are shipped by the respective Seller.
Information regarding available shipping destinations, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times is provided on the relevant product page and during the checkout process.
2. Processing and Dispatch
Orders are typically processed after successful payment has been received.
Processing times may vary depending on the Seller and are displayed on the applicable product page. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Costs
Applicable shipping costs are displayed before the completion of the order and are included in the order summary during checkout.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, product size, weight, and the Seller’s location.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are indicated on the product page and during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of the Seller or the shipping carrier, including but not limited to customs procedures, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, and public holidays.
5. International Deliveries

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or similar charges may apply. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Neither the Seller nor Studio Spa shall be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged, customers should document the damage and contact the Seller without undue delay.
If a shipment appears to be lost, customers should contact the Seller to initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier where applicable.
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
